Account Dormancy Policy

Bonus and Cash Account – Terms and Conditions
- Your total account balance comprises a distinct cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
- Funds within your bonus account cannot be directly withdrawn as cash but can be utilized for placing wagers.
- The cash component of your balance may be withdrawn at any time following your first and second deposit; however, initiating such a withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds in your bonus balance.
